Nepal Magar Association is an unbiased and non-profit organization of Magar indigenous people. Nepal Magar Association is a common representative organization of all the Magar indigenous people of Nepal. This organization is committed to the preservation and promotion of the Magar language and culture; the upliftment of the social-economic and overall educational condition of the Magar people.
What do We do?
Nepal Magar Association works in partnerships with state agencies, donors, NGOs, civil society organizations, research institutes, private sectors, and also closely collaborates with community members. We work across the spectrum of humanitarian action and long-term development programs to address gender-based violence, women and girls’ leadership and voice, inclusive governance, sexual reproductive health, livelihoods, food and nutrition security, disaster risk reduction, and climate change.
